The Facility
Located in the heart of Charlottesville on the Downtown Mall, the Virginia Neurocare Therapy Center is ideally placed to maximize
access to the community. The Day Program, Bridge Program, Spasticity Program and Vocational Program are located at
534 C East Main Street. The center is designed as a homelike, accessible environment that includes a full kitchen
and living area.
The Staff
Under the direction of George A. Zitney, Ph.D., our team includes a board certified physician, a neuropsychologist, occupational
therapists, physical therapists, a speech and language pathologist, a recreation therapist, a case manager, and residential
rehabilitation technicians. Our therapists are certified brain injury specialists.
